This is for you if you are tired of hiding your voice and second-guessing yourself. It's for you if you resist change, find yourself needing to control everything, or have trouble making decisions. If you've been stuck in a pattern of putting everyone else's needs first, and the experience leaves you feeling trapped, not good enough, and invisible at times.

A lot of energy work addresses surface level issues. And that's great for a quick fix. You leave the session feeling good, but in a week, or a month, the same issue seems to pop up again. That's because the root issue hasn't been addressed, whether it's a belief system, childhood conditioning, or unprocessed trauma (yours, your lineage's, or both). In this work, we gently excavate the layers, healing each level as it surfaces. You will experience positive, noticeable shifts and changes as each layer is cleared and healed, and this creates the capacity to allow the deeper things to emerge.

And talk therapy is just that: talking about the issue over and over. This can sometimes deepen the conditioning and/or trauma.
